FlowHunt fosters seamless team collaboration within and across workspaces. You can get unlimited users working on 20 or more Flows per workspace. You can separate teams by workspaces and use API Keys to integrate with various apps.

Create the best possible Flows and address real problems by having various experts from your team collaborate. Let everyone on the team benefit from the tools you create, so you don’t have to pay for countless tools when all you need is a single FlowHunt workspace.

Benefits of multiple workspaces

Separating the teams into workspaces allows the entire company to benefit from FlowHunt while individual teams stay focused on their tasks. Since workspaces are fully separated, you can also track your expenses and adjust your budget by teams.

Customer service chatbots, sales chatbots, content tools for copywriters or SEO specialists, and automation tools for developers are just some of the uses of FlowHunt. The tools quickly add up and can cause clutter when contained in a single workspace.

TIP: To share Flows across workspaces, use the simple import/export function. The Flows are exported as a light JSON file.

Let’s not forget that different use cases will require you to connect different knowledge sources. Too many vastly different sources, and you’ll start running the risk of chatbots accidentally using irrelevant information.

TIP: Consider keeping a general workspace with all the practical tools any team will want to use, such as translation or summarization Flows.

Managing Workspaces

You can create a shared workspace and invite your teammates with just a few clicks. Each workspace is fully separated, including the knowledge sources and expenses.

The workspace selector is located in the top navigation bar. Create a brand new workspace or rename your personal one:
