This template helps you assess how easily different audiences can read and understand your content, making it a valuable tool for optimizing text for specific reading levels. It evaluates the readability of a provided URL using three popular readability metrics: Flesch-Kincaid, Automated Readability Index (ARI), and Dale-Chall.
To use this Flow, input a URL. It can be your published content, or you can check the reliability of your competitors. The flow then processes the input and calculates readability scores using Flesch-Kincaid, ARI, and Dale-Chall formulas:
This Flow expects the input to be a URL. If you’d like to input plain text, use our Text Readability Evaluator.
Try the Flow
Shorter sentences and simpler vocabulary generally result in better readability scores, especially for a wider audience. Adjust your content based on the results to suit your target audience’s reading level more effectively.
