Step 1
Open the Integrations Page
Log in to your FlowHunt account and navigate to the Integrations page from the sidebar menu. Find Atlassian (Token-based Auth) in the list and click the Manage Integration button.

- In the Integrations page, find the Atlassian (Token-based Auth) card and click Manage Integration to open the setup dialog.

Step 2
Get Your Atlassian API Token
Go to your Atlassian API token management page. Click Create API token, give it a label (e.g., "FlowHunt Integration"), and copy the generated token.
- Create an API Token:
- Generate a new API token from your Atlassian account's security settings. Copy it immediately—it's only shown once.

Step 3
Enter Your Credentials in FlowHunt
Back in the FlowHunt Atlassian dialog, select Cloud or Self-hosted depending on your setup. Enter your Atlassian Domain (e.g., yourcompany.atlassian.net), your Email, and the API Token you just created. Click Integrate Atlassian.

- Enter your domain, email, and API token. Choose Cloud or Self-hosted, then click Integrate Atlassian.

Step 4
Start Building Project Workflows
Once connected, switch to the Available Agents tab to browse flow templates, or build a custom flow using Atlassian components in the flow builder.
