We’ve been working hard to make FlowHunt even better for you, and this update is all about making our chatbot a seamless part of your customer care and everyday workflows—starting with Slack! Plus, we’ve added new models and components, expanding what FlowHunt can do. Let’s dive in!

Slack Integration: FlowHunt in Your Workspace

FlowHunt now works directly in Slack, which means several new uses, from making FlowHunt your work assistant to generating daily summaries or keeping you in the loop with customer support tickets. It’s never been easier to make FlowHunt part of your team.

Our integration uses Slack’s message shortcuts instead of the typical slash commands. This means that instead of learning all the commands, you right-click the message to find all the FlowHunt options.

Here’s what’s possible with the Slack integration

• Chat with AI on demand: Make AI assistance a natural part of your daily conversations. Simply mention @FlowHunt in Slack to summon it. Whether brainstorming, drafting, or just answering questions, FlowHunt’s there for you.
• Chatbot history in Slack: Have the receipts from all the AI Chatbot conversations in Slack. Quickly search and make sense of how your chatbot interacts.
• Human in the loop: You can jump into any chatbot conversation with the click of a button. FlowHunt can even decide when it needs you and ping the channel @here for someone to take over. And if things get hectic, you can let the bot take back over effortlessly.
• Coming soon – Daily summaries: We plan on expanding FlowHunt’s assistant capabilities, allowing it to provide summaries of conversations or generate daily updates.
