Plans and limits
What the Trial, Starter, Pro, Premium and Enterprise plans allow in AI Studio, and what happens when you reach a limit.
Your plan sets how many things you can create, which steps you can use and a few features such as chat history length. The plan belongs to the workspace owner, and every member of the workspace gets its limits. For prices and what each plan costs, see flowhunt.io/pricing. To change plan, the owner opens Subscription from the account menu.
How many you can create#
These are the counts the server enforces when you create something. “Unlimited” means no cap.

If you go over, the action fails with “Allowed limit of Flow reached. Please upgrade your plan.” (the name changes with the thing you were creating). Extra workspaces and extra Q&A capacity can also be bought as add-ons on the Subscription page.
A cancelled subscription allows none of these, and the workspace is read-only.
Features that depend on the plan#
- Connect your AI (the AI Studio MCP endpoint): Trial, Pro, Premium and Enterprise. Not on Starter. Calls per hour are capped at 120 on Trial, 600 on Pro, 2,000 on Premium and unlimited on Enterprise. See connect your AI.
- MCP Servers in the sidebar: every plan except a cancelled one, with the caps in the table.
- Chat history: you can look back 90 days on Trial, 180 on Starter, 365 on Pro, and without limit on Premium and Enterprise. Going further back shows “Your plan includes the last N days of chat history.”
- Workspace Models and custom models: Pro, Premium and Enterprise.
- Auto-recharge of credits: Pro, Premium and Enterprise. See credits.
- Observability drivers: Premium and Enterprise.
- Authentication (single sign-on): Enterprise.
- Agent Grids (beta): Enterprise.
Steps and plans#
Each step in the step reference has a plan gate. The Plans line at the top of a step’s page lists the plans that can use it. Most integration steps are not available on Starter.
In the editor, a step above your plan shows a PRO or PREMIUM badge. If you save a workflow that contains a step your plan does not include, the server refuses it with a message that starts “Component NAME can only be used with”. Replace the step or upgrade.
Limits can change
The numbers above are what the product enforces on the day this page was verified. The Subscription page always shows what your own workspace has right now.
