Integrations

Connecting accounts

Connect a Google, Slack, GitHub, Zendesk or other account to AI Studio from the Integrations page, and disconnect it again.

Each integration is a card on the Integrations page. You connect an account once, and every agent and workflow in the workspace can use it. This page shows how to connect one, what differs between services and how to disconnect.

Who can connect#

Owners, admins and editors can connect and disconnect integrations. Maintainers can view them. Members and guests do not see the page. If your role lacks access, ask an owner or admin. See Team and roles.

Connect an account#

  1. Open Integrations in the sidebar.
  2. Find the service. Use the search box or the category filter at the top. Services you already connected are highlighted and listed first.
  3. Click the card. A dialog opens with a Configuration tab.
  4. Click the connect button in the dialog and follow the steps for that service.
  5. When you return to FlowHunt, a message confirms that the service was successfully integrated.

The card shows Integrate while the service is not connected and Manage Integration once it is.

How each service asks you to sign in#

The steps depend on the service. Most open the service’s own sign-in and permission screen, then bring you back to FlowHunt. A few ask for something you copy yourself.

Sign in and approve access

Services such as Google, GitHub and Microsoft use this. Click the connect button, sign in at the service and approve what FlowHunt asks for. You land back on the Integrations page when it is done.

Paste an API key or token

Services such as Bexio, BiznisWeb, API-Sports and Atlassian ask for a token. The dialog says where to create it in the other product. Atlassian offers a Cloud and a Self-hosted option, with a different token for each. Treat tokens like passwords.

Zendesk

Enter your Zendesk subdomain, the part before .zendesk.com in your Zendesk address. For https://mycompany.zendesk.com, enter mycompany. Then click Connect Zendesk and authorize FlowHunt on the Zendesk page.

Shopify

Shopify only allows installs that start in its App Store. Click Connect Shopify Store, add the FlowHunt app on the Shopify page, log in if asked, accept the permissions and finish the installation. If a pop-up is blocked, the dialog shows the App Store address to open yourself.

Microsoft needs admin consent

If you connect a Microsoft organization, an administrator must approve the app. The dialog shows an alert with a Give Admin Consent button when this is needed.

What the dialog shows#

After a connection exists, the dialog shows its status as Connected, the account name and Last connected. Some services add details, for example GitHub lists the repositories FlowHunt can reach. The Available Agents tab lists ready-made templates built for that service, with Use Template to start from one. See Library and templates.

Disconnect an account#

Open the card and click Disconnect. FlowHunt asks you to confirm, and warns that it disconnects the account from the system. Agents and workflows that rely on the account stop working until you connect it again.

Google disconnects together

Google lets FlowHunt revoke access for all its products at once, not one by one. Disconnecting any Google product disconnects every Google product you connected, and the dialog lists them first. The same Google account may also lose access in other workspaces that use the same email address. Reconnect each product you still need.

Connecting from where you work#

You do not have to open the Integrations page first. An agent that needs accounts shows a Connect Integrations dialog with a count such as “2 of 3 connected”, and you can finish with Continue to chat or choose Skip and continue. A workflow step that needs a missing account shows a card you can click to connect it. The result is the same connection.

If a connected account stops working, see Integration disconnected.
