Most problems in AI Studio come down to four causes: the workspace is out of credits, an app the agent needs is not connected, a setting was changed but not published, or a step failed. Each page here starts from what you see, lists the likely causes in the order worth checking, and ends with the fix.
Agent is not answering
The chat stays silent, shows an error or gives a generic reply.
A run failed
