Overview
Chatbots
Put an AI Studio agent in front of your visitors as a chatbot, customize it, and review the conversations.
A chatbot is a public face for one of your agents. You pick the agent, choose how the chat looks and where it appears, and FlowHunt gives you either an embed snippet for your site or a hosted page. Chatbots and their conversation history are in the top group of the AI Studio sidebar.
The chatbot does not hold the intelligence. The agent behind it does, so the instructions, tools and knowledge sources you gave the agent decide what visitors get.
Before you start#
You need an agent that is ready to answer. Test it first, as described in Sessions and testing, then use Share and publish for the other ways to expose an agent. Chatbot messages use credits like any other run, and your plan caps how many chatbots a workspace can have. See Plans and limits.
