Workflows
Library and templates
Browse the AI Studio library of agent and workflow templates, filter it, and copy a template into your workspace.
The library is a catalog of ready-made agents and workflows. Each template is a working setup you can open, run on your own input and then change. It is usually faster than building from nothing.
Open it from Agents Library in the sidebar.
Agents and workflows#
Every card carries a pill that says whether it is an Agent or a Workflow.
- An Agent gets a goal and tools, and decides each next step. It opens in the agent builder.
- A Workflow is a set of connected steps that run in the same order every time. It opens in the flow editor, as described in Canvas basics.
If you are unsure which you need, see How it works.
Find a template#
- Use the three kind tiles at the top to show Agents, Workflows or every template together. Each tile shows how many templates it holds.
- Use the category pills: All, Content, Research, Sales, Support, Marketing, Operations, Engineering and Data.
- Type in the search box. It looks at the template’s name, tagline, description, tags and integrations. The placeholder, for example “Search N workflows”, tells you how many templates the current kind holds.
- When no filter is set, the page also highlights the most popular templates. Cards can carry tags such as Featured, New and Popular.
If nothing matches, the page says so. Choose Clear filters or start from a blank canvas.
Copy a template to your workspace#
Click a card to look at the template before you copy it. To copy it, click the plus button on the card, labelled Add to my agents. You need permission to create agents and workflows in the workspace, and the button is not shown without it. FlowHunt creates your own copy and opens it. Editing your copy never changes the library.
Some templates use services such as Gmail or Slack. Connect the accounts they need before the first run. See Connecting accounts.
Start from scratch#
At the end of the grid, Don’t see what you need? offers a Blank agent and a Blank workflow. The search row also has a Start from scratch menu.
You can also describe what you want when you create a workflow. In the Create new workflow dialog, type a description and FlowHunt lists the Closest templates with a Use template button for each. See Canvas basics.
Apply a template inside the editor#
The workflow menu in the editor has a Templates item. It lists workflow templates, and Apply selected template replaces the steps on your canvas with the template’s steps. This replaces what you built, so use it on a new workflow. You can undo it with the undo button next to Components.
