Use as an agent tool#
Tool name: display_form
Display a form to collect information from the user. Use this when you need to gather structured data like contact info, preferences, or feedback. You can define the form fields dynamically based on what information you need to collect. Supported field types: ’text’ (single line), ’textarea’ (multi-line), ‘dropdown’ (select one), ‘checkbox’ (select multiple), ‘radio’ (select one from options). Each field needs: field_type, field_id (snake_case), label. For dropdown/checkbox/radio, provide ‘options’ as a list of strings. You can customize the form appearance with form_theme: ‘default’, ‘minimal’, ‘bordered’, ‘card’, or ‘dark’.
